All power, torque and mpg figures quoted are estimates. The figures we provide are the figures gained from the same vehicle as yours on a dyno after applying our software. If you dyno your vehicle after our remap without having a dyno before, then you must understand that, without an original figure, the final power output cannot be questioned. However you also understand third party dyno’d figures can be altered or are not calibrated properly.
There are also many external factors that affect MPG figures, such as driving style, temperature etc. TP REMAPPING cannot be held responsible if your vehicle does not meet the expected MPG gains.
Any mechanical or electrical failure after a remap is carried out will not be linked to and is not the responsibility of TP REMAPPING. Remapping sometimes emphasizes an issue already present in a vehicles engine. For example, whilst a vehicle may not have any known problems showing on a diagnostic check or the dashboard, it may, say, have a turbo approaching the end of its life. This will not be evident to the customer or to TP REMAPPING. Applying a remap may cause the turbo to fail sooner than it would have done without a remap. There will be no refunds for any such problems after a remap.
Some manufactures diagnostic equipment may detect a remap. Additionally many forward thinking manufacturers turn a blind eye to a quality remapping service, knowing that a properly enhanced vehicle can only ever benefit them. The official line from most manufacturers is that if a modification causes a problem with the vehicle, then the part of the vehicle affected will not be covered under warranty. This does not mean a unilateral cancelling of the whole warranty.
In the extremely unlikely event of an ECU failure during the remap process, TP REMAPPING cannot be held responsible, as this could easily be due to a problem over which we have no control. For example, an existing fault within the ECU bought to the forefront by the process or, for example, an unexpected power fault.
The lifetime software warranty covers you for software re-installation. For example, if your vehicle software is reset to the original by a dealer or garage, then we will re-apply the remap free of charge. This is for the lifetime of the above vehicle. However, this free service is only available once. If your software is reset again after this, we can apply the remap for free, but labour costs would be incurred.
We can tweek the file as much as you want within 30 days of install. Vehicle must be brought to us to work on. If you would like an ECU tweek outside of 30 days after the instillation date then a flat rate of £75. Also applied will be mileage at £1 (round trip). If this process takes longer than 1 hour then labor charges at £45 will be applied.
A missing DPF, EGR or Catalytic, where one was fitted when the vehicle was built can result in an MOT failure. These modifications are meant for track use only and are deemed illegal in the UK for road vehicles. By agreeing to have any of the above removed, You accept at your own responsibility potential penalties.

In The event of any issues during any service being carried out that can cause delay in the use of the motor vehicle for a period of time that has been accepted liability of TP REMAPPING, courtesy or any means of transport within the period is not liable to TP REMAPPING. TP REMAPPING will not cover any transportation or vehicle rental for the period of repairs.
